How Fast is UK Shipping?
All of our UK items are posted using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery completely free of charge. This usually takes between 1-3 working days. This is a fully insured service and you are covered against any loss or damage.
We also offer a Special Delivery service if you would like it guaranteed by the next working day. This service is an additional cost of £7. Please contact us at checkout if you would like to organise this service.
How fast is International Shipping?
All of our International items are posted using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed completely free of charge. This is a fully insured service and you are covered against loss or damage.
International Shipping takes approximately 5-7 working days; however, there are rare occasions, when it can take longer.
If you would like us to organise a different courier service then this can be arranged; there will be an additional fee for this. Please contact us at checkout if you wish to organise an alternative International shipping method.
What is layaway?
Layaway is a payment plan which allows you to spread the cost of a piece over a number of weeks or months at no extra cost
What are your layaway policies?
Layaway is available for any item over £150. We ask for a 10%, non-refundable deposit depending on the value of the item and we will agree on the payment schedule for the remaining balance. If you wish to cancel the layaway before paying off the full balance then we will refund you everything minus the deposit.
Can I reserve an item whilst I decide?
Yes we are happy to reserve items for you. If you would like to reserve an item we take a 10% non-refundable deposit to allow us to remove the piece from our website. From here we can set you up with a flexible layaway payment plan, invoice you for the full amount or set you up a reserved listing.

Can you ship a Layaway item before the balance is paid?
The balance must be paid in full before we can ship your item.
Do I have to pay Customs Charges?
There may be taxes payable on goods delivered from the UK to worldwide destinations - please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges. If the value is below a certain threshold then these charges can be claimed back.
Do you offer ring re-sizing & repairs?
We are happy to offer ring re-sizing with our trusted local jeweller. Please contact us here to discuss your options for ring re-sizing.
If you require a ring to be re-sized please contact us before purchasing the ring as we need to make sure this that can be done. Please note that once a ring has been re-sized and purchased from us then this would be non-refundable.
At present we are only able to offer jewellery repairs and re-sizing for pieces that have been purchased from Milly’s Marvels.
What is your Return Policy?
We have a no quibbles returns policy, if you wish to return an item get in touch within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund no questions asked!

Please return your item by a secure & traceable delivery method to ensure it gets back to us safely. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund for any items that are sent back to us via a non-recorded delivery method if they become lost or damaged in transit.
As soon as the item is received back in the same condition as it was sent then a full refund will be issued.

International Returns
Please ensure that the package is marked “UK Returned Goods” to avoid any customs charges. It is important to mark the package with the correct information to avoid any delays or customs fees.

Quality & Description Accuracy
We're careful to describe our products as accurately as possible, in particular the condition of the items and any repairs, wear, flaws or damage. As the items that we are selling are vintage pre-loved pieces they will show signs of use and wear. We provide clear and accurate photographs of all of our items against a white background.
We try our best to date our items as accurately as possible using our knowledge and research. However some pieces that are unmarked can be difficult to pin point an exact date and these are estimations only.
Will my order come boxed?
All jewellery purchased from Milly’s Marvels comes in a beautiful white & gold branded jewellery box hand tied with ribbon. We can even add a personal note if this is a gift for somebody special please let us know at checkout.

We are based in the UK, Hertfordshire
Do you have a shop we can visit?
Milly’s Marvels is an online jewellery retailer and does not have a physical store. However, we can organise viewings upon special request at our partner showroom located just outside of Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.
