An exquisite antique 9ct gold sweetheart brooch. This incredible 1920s era antique brooch is crafted in 9carat gold in the shape of a heart and swirl on a bar brooch. The heart has a gorgeous genuine Ruby gemstone in the center & also two milky colored seed pearls. A beautiful 9ct gold heart brooch!
