A unique & very sweet heart charm. This beautiful heart charm is crafted in rolled gold, featuring a beautiful array of glimmering clear white paste stones. There is some wear and tarnish to the rolled gold on the back as this is such an old piece but nonetheless I feel that it only adds to the charm & it is still totally wearable! A unique Diamond paste antique heart charm!
