Edwardian 18ct Gold Diamond Cluster Ring

An exceptional Edwardian era 18ct gold Diamond cluster ring. I was very excited to have spotted this beauty at a recent antique fair - the exaggerated claw set prongs of the centre Diamond forms a Star shape; quite unique as I have not quite seen this before. The design of the top of the ring reminds me of a crown when viewed from the side angle. This ring has the design elements of the Edwardian period just crossing over into the Art Deco elements. The old cut Diamonds have that brillinat sparkle a testament to the skill with which they have been cut. They just do not make rings like this today, I am in love! A very special antique Diamond ring to add to your jewellery collection!
