A unique & very sweet puffy heart charm. This beautiful puffy heart charm is crafted in rolled gold, featuring three turquoise cabochons and also milky colored seed pearls. There is some wear and tarnish to the rolled gold on the back as this is such an old piece but nonetheless I feel that it only adds to the charm & it is still totally wearable! A unique petite antique heart charm!
